I don't have diabetes but my doctor just put me on the DASH diet which was first introduced for high blood pressure, but has been found to help with other things such as diabetes so you may want to check out just Google it and I'm sure it will come up. Good Luck in your journey...

The first time I tried it my knees were burning so I haven't been on it since but maybe I should try it again tomorrow when I'm at the gym!!!!!
