Two of my favorites are apples or hard boiled eggs. I always feel fuller and they are low calorie.

I'm 5'8" and weigh 170 now. My goal is to reach 150 which puts me well within the healthy range. Once I reach that, I will reevaluate to see if I need to go a bit lower. I still have "skinny" clothes in my closet that I want to fit into!

I've just started as well - welcome! This is my fourth day and it's great so far - very motivating. You can do it. Btw, my husband is from Ireland but living here in Tucson, AZ.
