I eat it every day. 4 oz along with 3 Triscuits. Great morning snack full of protein and gets through to lunch since I eat breakfast so early.

Only on days when I have no other options. Time is always an issue so I spend some time on Sundays figuring out lunches so I don't have to fall back on them.

I love this story! Congratulations to you and Cody! We have a rescue poodle that someone literally threw out a moving car window...THANKFULLY my step-mom was behind them and she brought her to us. Sweetest little dog ever.

I was thinking that the 10,000 was a minimum for activity so I think just leaving it alone would be best unless I have serious walking for exercise to log.

I totally get it. My motivation comes at Walmart when I see people in the motorized carts and they are mainly there because of weight related issues (I'm assuming...maybe something else totally). I don't want to have to use the motorized cart when my joints are shot from too much weight.

I did it 5 days a week and rested. I like to have my rest days on the weekend. :drinker:

I enter it once a week if I have a loss. I weigh every day to keep me focused though.

I've done 30 Day Shred and love how strong you get. I started Ripped in 30 Monday and I am sooooorrrrreeee but loving it. Not sure if I will do it 5 or 6 days a week.

I work best with small steps. I take the one day at a time approach and sometimes it's one minute at a time. Break it into small goals while keeping the big picture in mind.
