Depending on what you put into it I would call it High intensity. If you don't have one get a heart rate monitor...best gift my husband ever got me. Love the workouts but too hard on my joints to do it all the time.

Weightloss and just getting stronger helped mine. I take fish oil and chondroitin glucosamine. It's got mixed reviews whether it helps or not. I feel like it helps me.

I like it. I'm just now finishing level 2. It's definitely a good toning video but you might need to add more cardio to it. I lost about 4 lbs in the first level but none in the second level. I am getting firmer, my arms look better and I'm starting to see the beginning of a waistline.

Love John Cena because he does good things outside the ring but Randy Orton is HOT! The joys of having a 6 year old is I can look at hot wrestlers now because he is CRAZY about it....hahaha

I have had one and I stayed sick all winter after that. I don't know if it had anything to do with it or not because I have always been healthy but I'm not taking another chance on it.

This right here!!!! We blame the school system for our children being obese but nobody thinks about the trip through McDonald's on the way home from school, or the hours we put our children in front of a TV or video game. Where is the paren't accountability? Most school system child nutrition programs run in the negative…

Are you eating enough protein? I have to have a lot of protein in the morning to keep me from being starved all day. I do an egg and an egg white wtih a bowl of oatmeal and then about three hours later I have some cottage cheese.

Eat smaller meals more often and start your day with protein. For me protein is KEY in the mornings.

I just finished day 4 of level 1. I will join in.

I'm 5 ft 1 and I have in the past had a lot of success with sticking to 1200 calories and eating most of my exercise calories. So for me, that is around 1400 calories a day. I fell off the wagon and gained it all back but I'm back now.

I love it. I lost tons of inches the last time I did it and I am in about week three of the first phase right now...definitely getting stronger.

Lots of great friends on here but JennBennett410 has been my rock in this process. We started on the same day and she keeps pulling me along, kicking and screaming some days, to be a better me.

In two months and three days I'll be 40. I won't make my original goal but I will be close. 30 was very hard for me but for some reason I'm not dreading 40.
