I do it mixed in with lots of other things. I've did the whole program twice once in 2010 and again in 2011. Works great for losing tons of inches.

I think if it works for you to do it 30 days straight then great, do it. Listen to your body and it will tell you when you need a break. I do it Sunday-Wednesday, take Thursday off, then do it Friday and take Saturday off. That is what works for me...may not work for everyone.

I'm proud that I got up at 5 and did Turbo Fire 45 and day 1 of level 3 30 Day Shred. I never workout that hard on the weekends.

It works if you are eating right along with it. Even if you aren't eating right it will tone you up. I just started the last level of it today and I'm noticing a difference in how my pants fit and how my arms and upper abs look. It is one of my favorite workouts.

Got my workout in and have planned to day for food. I really want a baked potato for supper with my steak but my want for a bloomin onion is greater.

My weekends are hard because my husband doesn't do the diet on the weekends. I'm trying to just eat smaller portions of whatever we are having but that doesn't always work. Hi Amanda here...I just want to be consistent with logging and making good choices on the weekend. If I do have a high calorie meal planned (like Outback next weekend) I want to make adjustments to my day and have a massive workout to offset some of the damage on the weekend.
