I snack on fruits... Many of my colleagues eat whole carrot or cucumber. And when I feel like having a snack I often have a cup of homemade chicken soup with some carrots in it - works wonders.

Chocolate - once I have it, I have to eat the complete package. Doesn't matter how big it is. I do get sick. :ohwell: Mayo with white bread with tomatoes: 3 slices at least. Therefor, I try not to buy any of these two...

almost 2 hours nice walk today. Still 5 7 days to go until 5 May (started on 5 April). Getting there!

i was on short holidays, but I walked : Saturday 4 miles Sunday I traveled, no walking Monday: 2.1 Miles Total 38 Miles until now. But i have until May 5th to go, as I started on April 5. I will make this challenge.

Half done!!! Wow, I walked 42 km in 9 days :) 3 miles more yesterday. Walked to theater and back.

congratulations all of us!!!! really, the fact that i know that i can come here and tell you all that i walked today, gives me additional motivation to walk home from work, day after day :)

I walked a bit more than 70 mins today.... Knowing that normally we walk 3.2miles/hour, I was surprised that google maps pedometer showed that my walking track was actually almost 6 miles! It's encouraging, but it also means that I have to calculate every route- or buy a pedometer... i am a bit worried about the working…

Hi! I have the same problem. In the last 5 weeksI changed my eating habits, so I dont eat any more chocolade, cookies, mayo, full fat or greek yogurt- and I stay only with "healthy" food that is often low in calories. So I sometimes don't hit the recomended calory number. But on other days I eat more, so I think that all…
