From South Beach diet: 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese 1/4 tsp Almond extract (you can also use vanilla if u like) Splenda (recipe calls for 1 packet but I use half) Mix it together and chill then enjoy :)

Liverwurst Liver Calamari or squid Cow tongue Blood sausage/pudding Raw Seaweed (cooked I will eat) avocado/guacamole (it reminds me of bird poop)
