I went to the dr yesterday and have an eye dr appointment today. I can see better today out of my eye but it feels like my right eye is hanging down to my knees. @jennyell85 i do want to walk at least 5 days a week and eat healthier. I have added more fruits and veggies to my meals. My sleep stinks. I have sleep apnea, I do use a machine most nights, some nights I hate sleeping with it on but I do find even with it on I do not sleep through the night.
