best thing to do is don't set a number on it bcuz ur rite a little weight looks extreme on us (I'm 5'0) not just with weight lost but weight gain. lose 5 looks like u lost 20 gain 5 and it looks like u gained 20. so I stopped trying to lose a number and focused on losing my gut toning my hips and thighs arms etc...I've…

INSANITY!!!!!!!!!!! I have the whole set but it just never gets easier. I enjoyed the results but got lazy its time to get back at it I lost so much weight in just 2 weeks and the sculpting my body got was 2nd to none

It's true repetive exercise and eating are very bad for a diet plan. the zigzag is a great idea to help with the last few pounds. Also running is a great idea to help lose the weight and tone up any excess flab. Good luck!
