I have heard that with the Polar HRM if the battery dies you have to send it back to the company. Has anyone been faced with that problem?

Thanks for the info... I am trying to eat my protein as well. I was told to eat 20 grams of protein for breakfast to kick start my metabolism and to have 5-6 small meals during the day.

Check out Moving Comfort. The style named Maia is awesome!! I am a 40DD and it's the BEST sports bra I have ever worn. Great support and very comfortable. I highly recommend them!

HI.. I am 5'3 and currently weigh 192. I am looking to lose 30-40lbs. Ok,.. heck.. I'd be happy with 20 lbs lost. Several years ago I got down to 140lbs... then I fell in love and stopped working out and watching what I ate. Now I am happily married... but at my highest weight ever!! Luckily, my husband is very supportive…
