As I said, it's been quite a while since I was last weighed. But I feel I've gained weight, without even looking at a scale. I feel sluggish, tired, lazy. I really need to do something about this. 21 is too young to feel the way I do. I really hope I can stick with it this time and not give up like my past attempts.

Thank you for your comment! I'll need to locate that scale at some point. I know it's somewhere around here. I'm a bit scared to see my actual weight, in all honesty.
