Alright, thanks. :)

The issue I have is that I've been feeling like I'll throw up, all day. I've felt weak, tired, and just overall ill. Throw a migraine into that mix and it isn't too pretty. I slept off most of the morning but I don't enjoy sitting in bed all day, so I got up for a walk, but that's all I could do without pushing myself too…

Thanks for the advice everyone. :)

Nobody has any advice or comments? :(

257, and I'm aiming for 180. It's not quite 100, but close! I haven't lost any weight yet, but I only started this month. You can do it, I'm sure of it. Just watch what you eat, drink water, and exercise a bit. If you need a friend for some motivation, feel free to add me. :)

257 now, just starting out. Feel free to add me if you'd like!

I just posted the mile per like on my Facebook page. Two likes instantly, and one friend decided to share it with everyone he knew. Uh oh! I'd better get started. Thanks for the idea!

These all sound like good ideas, thanks everyone!

Good idea, thanks!

Thanks for the idea! I'll have to give it a try.

I think they offer a tilapia for 500 calories. I love love love tilapia, and it comes with veggies too!

I think maybe a sandwich or wrap would be good. Throw in some fruits and veggies, or nuts, or even a hardboiled egg! There's also rice and beans that you could probably heat up. Those are the only ideas I have so far, but I hope it helped some!

I find that if I have a big plate of vegetables and fruit for dinner, I'll still feel hungry an hour or so later. Now if I eat eggs or something, I'm full for hours. But fruits and veggies just don't seem to fill me up like I would like. It doesn't stop me from eating them, though. I love my veggies. Especially brussel…

I was a little under 1200, but pretty close. Should that be what I aim for? I can always snack on a banana later to bump it up.

The only cereal that I'll eat is Cheerio's, but I am thinking about picking up some oatmeal next time I shop. It's usually pretty cheap, too. As far as yogurt goes, I do enjoy it but somehow it still sits in my fridge for a while. Either I forget it's there, or I just don't feel like eating it that week, and I don't want…

I've tried some of the frozen vegetables from my store, and frozen fruits also. I usually pick up a bag or two when I see them on sale, it just takes me a little while to get through it because I don't enjoy eating the same thing every day, or even every other day. It's a good thing they last as long as they do!

Yes, you were helpful. Thank you! I hadn't thought of buying dried beans, but I will have to look into that. I used to eat alot of the canned "pork and beans" when I was younger, and then the small cans of cooked beans later on (I don't quite remember the brand. I just remember a brown can with a yellow label) but I…

I love fries, and I miss them. Especially loaded fries when I go out to eat. Fries with cheese and meat, yum!

I actually tried to grow my own vegetables at one time, but it didn't turn out nearly as well as I had planned. I guess I just don't have that green thumb! I love my veggies. Plain, with meals, in soups, any way at all really. Fruits I'm a little picky with somedays. I tend to pick up a good amount each week when I go…

Thanks for the comments everyone. I'll have to keep these things in mind when I shop later this week. More veggies!

Back when I was a teenager living with my mother, I decided I wanted to go on a diet. To eat healthier, not eat the bad foods anymore, and I explained this to my mother. She ended up getting a really bad attitude with me about it. When I lived with her, we ate out alot. McDonalds and the asian place down the street were…

There's a Target about fifteen minutes away from me. I generally do most of my food shopping at Wegmans, but I'll look into that! I do keep some veggies in the freezer, like green beans, and some of these cooked vegetable meals that are only supposed to be 60-80cal a serving. I sometimes toss a few bananas in there also,…

Maybe a modcloth dress. I found one in there that I fell in love with. I don't have the money right now for it, but I'll keep saving and hopefully I can lose weight and buy it! Scratch that. I know I can lose it.

She probably feels as though you're trying to change her habits along with your own, even if you're not. But don't let her negative attitude get you down. Just keep doing what you're doing, eating right and working out. Hopefully soon she will calm down. I no longer eat with my family unless we're going out for dinner, or…

I just started my journey to kick off the new year. Alot of things over my lifetime made me want to change, but I never had the willpower to keep at it more than a few weeks. When I was younger, my mother once told me when I was at about 180lbs that if I didn't lose weight, I would die. Of course hearing that didn't feel…

I thought it might. Thank you! I just wasn't sure if it really made a difference. You know, 12am-12am count vs. sleep-bed.

Well thank you for your comments! I was going with what was lower, in all honesty. I'm pretty new to this, and I don't really have any funds to spare at this time. All I have is my crummy treadmill and the hope that I can shed some of these pounds. I just didn't want to be lying to myself or getting my hopes up with the…
