    I love fries, and I miss them. Especially loaded fries when I go out to eat. Fries with cheese and meat, yum!

    Yup. If I deprive myself for a long period of time, things get ugly. Within reason, I allow myself what I feel like eating. If I have been craving a cheeseburger all week, I will have the cheeseburger. However, I may do an extra workout, eat lighter that day or the day afterward to make up for any excess calories. Other times, the food I crave fits right in to my daily calorie goals. Ranch dressing should fit in, unless you are consuming large volumes of it!

    In order to do this not just to lose weight now but forever to maintain the weight you lose, you have to learn to peacefully coexist with the foods you love!
