I've been doing a little packet of cream cheese with Splenda and cinnamon. Or a little peanut butter and cream cheese. Maybe that's weird, but it works for me.

Idk what this is, but I'm pretty sure the military diet is caffeine pills and beef jerky. So yeah, don't do that.

5'4" and 130 lbs, 15 down from my highest at 145. I lost 5 of those pounds through a month of MFP. My ultimate goal weight would be 115 by June, but we'll see. I'm worried that I am already starting to plateau, and I probably need to start exercising to get my metabolism going again.
