My suggestion is to buy from second-hand stores. I know every month the Goodwills in my area have a 50% off clothing sale and then you can really get a good bargain.

Personally I only lost 7 lbs frm doing the 30 DS but I also lost 1/2" from my neck, 4" from my waist, and 7" from my hips!

Since starting the 30 Day Shred, I have lost 7 lbs, 1/2" from my neck, 4" from my waist, and 7" from my hips!

Yes, my knees and ankles have been bothering me somewhat. I figure unless the pain is intense or sharp shooting pains I will continue with the workouts. However, they really only bother me during the cardio parts.

I know my shoulders and back are sore! I have more energy as compared to before I started the Shred!
