Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. You do need hand weights but could easily substitute something you have on hand like cans of veggies or something else. Did you make sure that your vitamin has potassium in it? I had to get a separate potassium supplement. I have recently learned that tomato juice has a lot of potassium in it ( some have up to 700mg). Hope that helps!!
