Sorry, life has been busy and I have not been doing what I should (i.e...logging my ww points). My kids are gone with gma until Tuesday so I need to get my butt in gear and use my free time wisely! Happy Friday ladies! Its going to be a busy weekend at my house. We went from having no plans to having a full weekend. Those are the most challenging! But tomorrow is weigh in at WW so we will see how that goes. Everyone have a wonderful weekend!

Way to go! I trained and walked The Portland Marathon 4 yrs ago. Wow, was it an accomplishment. I was actually very emotional crossing the finish line. And it was hard! Way to go!

Stacey- we used to do a poker run. We had an old Toyota Landcruiser and went camping in the dunes so we could play in the sand. There was a big rally for Jeeps and Landcruisers every year. It included a poker run. Have fun!

Hello! I have been MIA. We are at the beach. Today I went running for 45 minutes with my SIL. I ran more than I walked. I was really proud of myself and it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be! Hope your all having fun this holiday weekend!

I am not ready for a weigh in. I am up. I had a long weekend in Seattle and ate a whole lot of crap. Time to get back to it. I stayed well within my calories today and am hitting up a pilates class tonight at our community center. I plan to rejoin Weight Watchers this weekend. I know its just as good to track calories here…
