I am disappointed. I had to skip last nights workout. I am so exhausted. When I did Plyo on Tuesday I was a sloppy mess. By far my favorite one is Plyometric Cardio Circuit. Now if I could just do a few more of the basketball drills before I fall on my face! LOL!

My husband and I also noticed that it is harder to get our heart rate up this week which I consider a win! It means we are building up more stamina! Its amazing how quickly this workout does that! Yay for NSV's!

The fit test was interesting. I couldn't even do one push up jack properly so I didn't count any of them.

I am starting Insanity today and those scare me. Your not giving me hope in the "these aren't as bad as they sound" department.

I just bought Gaspari Myofusion Vanilla flavor and picked it because it doesn't use artificial sweeteners. I can't stand the taste of artificial sweeteners. I use a scoop of that, almond milk, 1/2 a banana and a tablespoon of powdered peanut butter for a yummy treat. It keeps me from eating cookies and such.

If you do mat pilates, you will incorporate a lot of yoga in your workout. I am not sure about DVD's as I took a pilates class at my local community center. I loved it. I came out of each class feeling taller and leaner.

D2L1- not too bad. I imagine tomorrow the soreness will hit me. I do feel better just for doing it. A little less bloated and tired. Its funny how that happens but we fight our exercise so hard. It takes 21 days to form a habit....
