42 years old 5'6 1/2" SW: 162 CW: 149 GW: 140 I'm a stay-at-home mom with 2 kids at home with me. I find it hard to fit working out into our day but I'm managing most days. Also finding it tough to lose the last 10 lbs. Will try eating "cleaner". :)

I've read that the 30 minute routine burns around 230-250 calories. Not sure how accurate that is as it depends on so many factors. I'm thinking of investing in a monitor to more accurately track the calories burned.

I joined MFP awhile ago but didn't really use it nor did I exercise. I started Ripped in 30 2 weeks ago (just did Day 1 of Week 3 today) and started using MFP to track everything at the same time. I'm on Day 1 of Week 3 of Ripped in 30 and hoping to feel comfortable in my bathing suit on the beach in January. Fingers crossed!
