I LOVE RUNNING!!!!! i can tell you right now that if you go outside and make a goal for yourself and beat your goal everyday than you will be a runner. i have a lot of friends that are so much more fit than i am and they say " i don't know how you run like that", but they run on treadmills...not the same!!! go out everyday…

omg, i know exactly what you mean! i never am able to eat all my daily cals. especially if i fill in my food intake first. i am on a serious diet that i put myself on and i take in wwaaaaayyyy less than half of what i am supposed to. my hubby laughs and says "it's time to pi$$ off you fitness pal" every time i get on line!…

i made a lasagna in a won ton wrapper and it was delicious! i made them for my folks and my diabetic father ate about ten! which is probably not so good for his diabetes but he loved them.

if i were you i would see how fast you are outside. i definantly run faster outside than i do on a treadmill. compare the two. but 11 min is great i usually do between 9 and 12 min. depending on outdoor/indoor location.

thank you. but i already do at between 30 and 60 min of cardio a day and lots of sit ups pushups and arm workouts. the only thing is i am not moving any belly fat. i've lost inches on my hips and neck and legs but not my gut.:frown: and it's getting frustrating.

i've got two good ones. peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat with low fat peanut butter. or do the peanut butter and jelly on a whole wheat tortilla and wrap it around a banana. its different, but u get fruit protein and grains all in one!!! and it definantly won't get soggy.

im in. during the m-f week i can get about four miles a day! i guess i'll be pushing a little harder.

whenever i am tempted i always drink a bottle of water and than chew some gum. by the time im done that, i either have forgotten what i wanted or realized that it was just my tastebuds taunting me!
