Unless you have consumed 6,000 calories don't worry about it. It happen to me when I started , I was working out everyday but I was not losing anything , so one day I had to much sodium and suddenly I had "gained" 2 extra pounds. It also took a couple of days before they were gone.

Is quite common over here (PR)and people eat them a lot , but I prefer plantains . Don't peel them , just cut the top part from the sides put a little bit of salt on the water and boil them.

Yes , is my food and if is my plate that means I want to eat it. But it bothers me more when I ask you if you want to eat or want me to prepare you something and you say no, but the moment I seat to eat you suddenly want to have a bite from my plate or taste it. No ,don't touch my plate .

I I know the producers of a diet pill and in their own words is just some powder with very little ingredients that work and for it to take effect you will need to drink the whole bottle in one day and that's not what the bottles recommends .

I want to be down 20 pounds by the beginning of March , I'm down 13 so I have 7 to go. My goal is 2 pounds per week , but my body is kind of wonky so sometimes I lose nothing, then the other week I lose 4 pounds.

Your tracker says you lost 10 pounds , that's a great achievement. I started on Jan 5 , and in my second week I lost nothing ,nada, not even .01 , I have been here a little more than 3 weeks and I have lost 14 pounds.

My eggs are only 60 calories , I think they are measuring a couple of eggs. Because even when I go crazy and have 3 eggs , I don't even reach the 200 calories.

I was thinking about a nose job but then I found a surgery software and made the changes I wanted to my nose in a picture , and I looked exactly the same I could barely tell the difference. So it was not worth money , I'm keeping my big nose.

I was thinking about a cheat day ,a couple of days ago I had a couple of cupcakes and exceeded my calorie goal and after that I actually lost 2 pounds. And I was wondering if that incident was part of the reason I lost those 2 pounds.

Calories , but sodium helps you retain water. It seems like your lunch and breakfast are your biggest issue , you probably are in hurry and don't have time to make better choices. Try preparing and taking lunch to work and I'm pretty sure you will soon improve your sodium intake.

Different goals for different people . Most of the people in my height range are aiming for 110 to 120, and while I would love to be that weight my body would not look good at that weight , so my goal is either 140 or 160 depending how I feel .

It depends on how I'm feeling , sometime is private and sometimes is public. But some people take it to far , I know someone who stopped being a friend with another person because that person ate some small fries.
