I lost 1 pound. I have made my first goal in this adventure. I'm feeling lighter just for hitting this goal. I have great support form my husband, kids and friends. I'm looking forward to my next goal to be complete!!!!

Congrats to you!!! I quite 3 years ago this past March. I still sometimes still think about it, however I'm excited that I can call myself an X smoker!!! you will also get to this point! everyday not smoking is a great day for you.....
