  • les mills pump is a great starter program.... After this program if you are feeling fitter... You can get into P90X... P90X is the program that can get results fast.. Unfortunately you have to keep it up to maintain results...
  • I've just orddered the program. I have done P90X in the past but now extemely out of shape. The reviews say tght Rushfit have 3 levels beginner, intermediate and advanced. For extreme results use P90x or Rushfit....
  • The only way I have modified is that I have more rest days in between. Week 1--core synergistic, cardio x, shoulder & arms/ab ripper, rest, yoga x, kenpo/legs and back, rest week 2--Core synergistic, rest, rest, cardio X so far..... Also the first time I did complete P90x, 2 yrs ago I did 13 weeks in 14.5 as after week 9 I…
  • Doing the lean, so will complete Cardio X today.
  • I do it before I go to bed, right after the kids are in bed. Otherwise I won't get it done. The only disadvantage is that I'm wired after. That being said. I did the same 2 years ago and was able to complete the 13 weeks of P90x. When I started at 5am it was much harder. I pettered out after 7 weeks or so and had to take…

Unless you don't have to work and can just eat/sleep and exercise from now till Feb, It's almost impossible..... I have a pretty high metabolism, weigh…
  • 1. how are the results? Great if you stick with it, also the nutrition part really helps. 2. did you like it? Yes, but it's a big time commitment. 3. was it easy to stick with? Yes/No. I work out before I go to bed but the phase I high protein was hard for the nutrition part. any comments would be great! negative or…

  • I don't believe in starvation diets. We are here to get fitter and P90x is certainly a good/cheap program. Comapred to trainers.... ect. Also my goal won't be to lose weight rather than to feel stronger and be able to wear smaller size clothing......
  • I am also 147lb 5'2"... Starting p90x again. I did it 2 years ago, but didn't do the diet. didn't lose that much weight but did get down to a sz 7. I needed to eat 2400-3000, otherwise I wouldn't be able to work out 6 days a week...... Now I am a tight sz 10 and following the P90x diet will continue with 2400 but start…
