les mills pump is a great starter program.... After this program if you are feeling fitter... You can get into P90X... P90X is the program that can get results fast.. Unfortunately you have to keep it up to maintain results...

I've just orddered the program. I have done P90X in the past but now extemely out of shape. The reviews say tght Rushfit have 3 levels beginner, intermediate and advanced. For extreme results use P90x or Rushfit....

I do it before I go to bed, right after the kids are in bed. Otherwise I won't get it done. The only disadvantage is that I'm wired after. That being said. Insanity may not work for me as I had ACL reconstruction in June/11, too much jumping. As for login in your exercise you just have to add it yourself. Ie Cardio X, Cardio tab and about 500 cal?

Hi, I don't know about losing 25 lbs in less than 2 months. It seems kinda drastic. Even with a modest 1-2lb per week that is only 8lbs by Feb which is more realistic. I don't believe in starvation diets. We are here to get fitter and P90x is certainly a good/cheap program. Comapred to trainers.... ect. Also my goal won't be to lose weight rather than to feel stronger and be able to wear smaller size clothing......
