You don't see it because you see yourself every day. Others see the difference right away - and it's a big change! I've lost 20 pounds and have another 50 to go. If I thought about that often, I would get discouraged. So I don't. I have a calander with a weekly weigh in goal and I focus on doing everything I can to hit…

You looking stunning...congrats on your three digit loss!

Two boxes of thin mints are stored nicely in the freezer. Four cookies are 160 calories. It doesn't bother me that they are there. At some point in the next few weeks I'll budget four into a planned cheat.

Supposed to be good source of protein. But I can't go there personally. I keep seeing this commercial of a Chia Pet Elmer Fudd in my head and find I am not interested.

I am the OP on this topic and hadn't returned til today to check out responses. I agree with posters pointing out that you are not licking the renderings from the bottom of the grill, so why count those calories if you don't have to? I was using the 88 % lean cooked Costco ground beef entry in the database at the only…

I hope you are not using the trick-or-treat snack size?

I started this a couple of weeks ago! It is a great feeling when the hubs asks if I went shopping for new clothes, and I answer that what was old is new again.

Hot dang mama! That's great! I have a little one that is turning two this week and I hope I can get my weight under control too! Motivation!! Thanks for sharing!

You may be half the woman you used to be, but you are twice the woman you were in strength and determination. Well done!

Congrats! That must feel fantastic to wear a skinny uniform. If you have to wear one often, it might as well be a thin version. Well done!

This is the time of year I think about shamrock shakes. A lovely 150 calorie mint Skinny Cow ice cream not only keeps me away from McDonalds, but it is at a calorie level that I can easily plan into my day calorie wise. Yummy!

You are a rock star!

Both are adorable! I would say it depends on the weather. Dress one has more coverage if it is still cold where you are in April; dress two looks more spring like with the open neckline.

Great job - that's a big change!

Congrats! It must feel great to have the first digit on the scale be a two!

Only ten pounds but you can see them all gone! Great job!

Great work! I get the same bothersome fluctuation, pay no attention. It is the bf% and the measurements that are meaningful and visible. Congrats sticking to it for a year! That's commitment!
-
Great job! All of your hard work has paid off!

Love your NSV. My kids make me want to be a better person.

Feel free to friend me as we are at the same point...I should be seeing 199.5 on the scale within the next few days. Great job...keep it up!
-
Fantastic story...what inspiration! What goal weight did you make it to?
-
Great job! I bet you feel light as a feather these days!

Adorable! You must be so proud of yourself, and rightly so! Thanks so much for sharing photos as an inspiration to others starting out on their journey. :)

Love Shamrock Shakes! I went past McDonalds today and thought fondly of them. Have you ever tried Skinny Cow Mint flavored ice cream sandwiches? They taste just like Shamrock shakes and have only 150 calories. That's an amount you can plan into your day. :) http://www.skinnycow.com/products/detail.aspx?id=17
