we actually go to a local butcher who makes extra lean pure beef ( nothing added) patties. they taste amazing and don't fall apart because they are so compacted. they cost about .85-.90 cents per patty and are extremely filling. MMMMmmmmm now i want to bbq one

i don't necessarily do it with regular cardio machines but i do it with my bootcamp. where we do HIIT with cardio bursts, weights, body resistance exercises etc... I wouldn't feel as strong as I do if I just did regular workouts. They help me kick my own butt each time and I love it

i don't jog yet due to crappy knees but I feel the same when I do stutter runs at boot camp. All it does is make your a@% jiggle- nothing else!!! But \i figure the more it jiggles the more that will come off, plus noone HAS to look at it. If they don't like it they can turn away.

I was the exact same that I would never get over 200. Told my husband if I ever reach 200 kick me in the *kitten*. He didn't so I was nice enought to myself and got to 260 before I started to do something. Wonderful Job ! Congratulations.
