question though how long can they be kept in the freezer? i like to buy a fair amount when they go on sale because they are quite expensive where i live but that means i pretty much live off them until i get sick of them. if they can be kept in the freezer for at least month that would be great !

Isn't it funny ! you just lost that 40 lbs and now you want to put it back on !!!! lol completely understand and i think it wouldn't hurt anything but do you realize your heart rate's not going up as much because you have improved your cardio level so much ! well here r my comments on the issue.... quick back story... i work at a busy coffee shop 45 hrs/week and my knees have hurt for the last year or so and than late june i went on mat leave and my knees got worse where i couldn't sometimes lean on one side, kneel on them whether soft or hard surface , go up or down stairs…
