  • what about cottage cheese. I was drinking a fair amount of milk but now I only use milk in cereals and my iced capps. yogurt the odd time or when in smoothies
  • I love it. I tried the class in a gym setting but my knees can't handle the twisting and turning. BUT... I found Aqua Zumba at my town's Sport Facility. I found it awesome. You can shake your booty as much as you want without feeling conscious since your lower half is under the water. Jiggle,Jiggle :laugh:

  • your weight can fluctuate day to day but also during the day. As far as I know you are at your lightest in the morning and heaviest in the afternoon. Even taking your weight after a workout you will weigh heavier ! I weigh myself a lot BUT I do have the expectation of the fluctuations.
