I am the same way with you about the treadmill, but sometimes if I want to run, that is the only choice. There are lots of workouts on youtube that use body wieght. If you're looking for DVD's Julian Micheals are great too, she's tough! Turbo fire is awesome too, and P90X you can do with just bands.

I'm having the same issue as you with trying to conquer the belly fat. I agree with some of the other posters that 1500 calories is too low for your size, it could be sending your system into a starvation mode which may make it harder to lose, but you did say you are dropping. More weights, about 1 gram of protien per lb…
