I worked a rotating shift for over 8 years. Eating healthy was the worst for me back then, hats of to all of you who are able to do this AND lose weight!

It's not going to happen over night of course. Start making healthy choices everyday, everymeal. It might be slow, but don't give up. Getting healthy is not a fad diet where you will gain it all back at some point, it is making a lifestyle change.

Good for you! Get ready, you WILL sweat lol. I did it a couple months ago. You will be amazed at how much better you will get at the workouts over a couple weeks. Good luck!

My goal is to drop another 10 lbs to 195. It is really hard to lose any more it seems. I'm convinced right now it all hinges on my workout intensity and proper nutrition. The first weight came off quick, trying to step it up!

Hey Chris, congratulations on joining! Yes, if you stay calorie deficient, you will lose weight. Be mindfull to watch what kind of calories you are eating-- lean meats, veggies and fruits.
