contradiction in first paragraph it says to boil and in second paragraph it says never boil...but if it works at lowering sugar levels (im diabetic) and helps lose weight I will try it ... Daily in the morning one half hour before breakfast on an empty stomach, and at night before sleeping, drink honey and cinnamon powder…
