I bought the powder version which I love but I just don't always have time to make them. Yesterday I finally got some of the ready to drink. Anyone have some ideas I could add to the vanilla powder. Its the only flavor so far I am not fond of. I have tried adding berries but it still does nothing for me.

I log heavy cleaning as my exercise. I have alot of kids in my house and a very busy life so it doesn't get a GOOD cleaning that often. When it does, I count it :happy: Emptying the dishwasher and doing laundry I do not count.

I have it. It's a fun workout but I have a hard time keeping up with parts of it. I have actually put it away for awhile. I think it's time to get it back out :happy:

I think that there shouldn't be a question that we accept people no matter their size, race, gender, sexual preference, marriage status, religious preference, and on and on. I am in Renton. I am needing some motivation to get back on track so I will take all the friends who want to add me. I had lost 27 pounds then came vacation and being very sick for a week so I am only at 21 pounds down now. :embarassed:

We were married 21 years yesterday. We only dated 3 months before that. This year is the first time he forgot :(
