Awesome feeling! But kind of sad at the same time. I pulled out the bag that I put all my "fat" clothes in just to look back and try on :) and it did make me feel a little sad. It made me remember the old me, and I felt bad for her. Anyway, congrats!

It has taken me almost 2 and a half years to lose my weight. I still have almost 40 lbs to go. lol, I was just going to quote the same post...do not let the word "RECOVERY" fool you! It is not a recovery..it is very intense. I went back to month one after "recovery" week because I knew after that I was NOT ready to move on to month two. I am in week 3 of month one again..hopefully my endurance is better this time…

My advice is to take pictures and measure! I am in month two and have only lost 8lbs, but it looks like I've lost more. It can be a little discouraging when you don't lose as much as you anticipated....but you will definitely be more toned!

I just exercise...they have gotten much smaller with the regular exercise that I do. I started out with walking, Jillian Michaels DVD's (which you get a lot of good arm exercises with those workouts). I can see the definition in my arms. Actually my arms were the first to change. It took me a little over two years. I wanted to make a lifestyle change so that is why I took it so slow. I started out with diet, then I started to move. Now I am moving a lot more and eating better. I am hoping to lose another 40lbs and tone up. I hope to do that quicker since I have the hang of things now. :) Good luck.

Nice Job! This gives me hope! I am in day 3 of recovery week right now, and I haven't lost much weight at all. I took measurements, but it is still hard to see the difference. I am gong to take my pictures at the end of this week! I hope my body changed like yours! Here's to month two!! :)

I did 30ds 3 times, and ri30 last month. I lost more weight with 30ds (about 10lbs each time) and only one lbs with ripped, but a ton of inches. Take before and after photos, because it can be discouraging...until you compare pictures! I love Jillian Michaels. Good luck.
