check out the Official Insanity before and after thread. there's a lady that lost 9 pounds but crazy inches!!! she looks like she lost 60 pounds, her tummy is gone. anywho, it had a couple other small scale wins but HUGE visual losses.

what a great transformation! thanks for sharing! i think you also reminded me to not get fixated on the number. your 145 looks AMAZING!!! i have to remember that i'm lifting weights and so i need to look at my clothes and body not just the scale.

Great story!!! I try to read a success story each day in the morning as I get ready to launch into the day. I find it inspirational and it keeps me motivated to eat well and log. Your story was so motivating, I've scheduled a lunch walk with a co worker today. Great job and keep going!!!

my goal is a breakfast that's about 300 calories. so i get about 130 cals in my oatmeal, 100 in my raw almonds, 50/50 in my raisins and soymilk splash. i like to add the almonds to the oatmeal during the last bit of cooking so it kind of softens the almond. i dunno, i love cooked nuts for some reason, it seems almost…

i have a desk job too. drink green tea, like green tea with mint in it. for some reason, i almost forget to eat lunch or my timed snack when i'm sipping on it all day. i think it's the minty flavor and the calming aroma. i have pcos so giving into my sweet cravings or junk foods actually makes me feel 10x worse the next…

I just got turned on to green tea. i never liked it either until i started drinking mint green tea. Tazo has a tea called Zen.
