  • I weigh myself as usual. After a few months you'll start to notice a pattern around that time. I know for me I sometimes gain or lose very little that week. Then the following week I'll have a decent loss.
  • I'm a SAHM of 2. My son is 8. My daughter will be 3 in 4 days.
  • Dec. 1: 191 Dec. 8: 188.2 Dec. 15: 182.8 I lost 6 lbs this week and 8.2 so far for the month. Thrilled with this week. I haven't been working out, but I did get the Christmas decorations up so maybe that helped?
  • I weighed in yesterday morning at 188.8 which was a 2.2 lb loss. I'll take it. I've had a nasty stomach virus twice this week first on Thursday and then was hit again on Monday & Tuesday. I haven't really been tracking my food much and haven't been able to workout so any loss is a plus.
  • Hi! I would love to join. I really need to do something because my weight has been going in the opposite direction than it should be. I need some motivation to get myself back on track. My starting weight today was 191. I was aiming for 4lbs, but what is 1 more lb?
  • Week 1 Day 2 is in the books. The last 2 minutes were cut short because my daughter woke up. I finished up by walking 5 minutes with her on the treadmill at a slower pace.
  • For me the general muscle soreness started to feel better after 4 or 5 days. If your knees or ankles are sore then rest as needed or modify the moves to lower the impact.
  • 2nd day is complete. I'm also combining 30DS with the C25K program. On days when I'm not running I'm also aiming to do 20-30 minutes of some other form of exercise either abs, yoga, or kickboxing or a cardio DVD. I'm not looking for a huge calorie burning for weight loss. I'm out more for toning up right now.
  • I'm jumping in here late. I decided to do it on my own for Nov, but doing it with a group is always better. I did a round of 30 days last in March 2009. Since then I've done the DVD off and on. Level 2 is my favorite.
  • I've done some running off and on through October. My goal has been to finish the C25K for a while now. I restarted the program today.
  • I just started it again today combined with 30 Day Shred. Last year around this time I got to week 5. Then I got sick for 3 weeks and never got back to it steadily.
  • Thanks :) Kami: I'm already hoping that most of the holiday stuff is going to be held at someone else's house. And if I do any baking it will be the healthiest I can do it.
