I'm in the same boat, it shrinks but never fully goes away :( Keep up with the exercise and sensible eating & work at reducing bodyfat - it's the only way. Smaller is definitely better than it being bigger! :happy:

I'm 5'6 1/2 (the half is very important!) I'm currently around 147 & want to be 135-140 realisticly, anyhting less than that & i'd find it difficult to maintain. Once I get nearer to140 i'll be concentrating more on being toned and maybe increasing my weigh workouts.

I struggle too...every day is difficult but the feeling you get after a work out or declining that piece of cake is fabulous & I like having that feeling better than sitting on my a** all day or eating cake....sometimes I slip up and am lazy or eat rubbish, but then i'm only human.
