I know it sounds silly but I was waiting until I reached my goal weight before I got another tattoo, a treat if you like, but now i'm not so sure. I was thinking about getting a side panel done from hip to breast but I've heard this is especially painful if you are just skin & bone there and i'm not so good with the pain…

Machines where it looks like someone just took a shower whilst working out, wipe it down before you leave, no-one wants to workout in a puddle of someone elses bodily fluids!! :sick:

I always lose a few lbs and several inches with this DVD. I love it & have actually just started it again and gone straight to level 2 as my fitness has improved (but I still take a few breathers). My advice - Go as hard as you can for as long as you can and the most important thing is that you get up and do it the next…

Loved this thread - as a parent to 3 kids, getting them to eat ANYTHING remotely vegetable based can sometimes be a struggle but over the course of a week i'd say they had a balanced diet and not one of my kids is overweight, in fact they are too skinny in my eyes and need to be fattened up!

The very small size 10 (possibly mislabelled) dress I have in my profile picture, I feel in love with it but they only had it in a size 10 so I bought it and have yet to be able to wear it :frown:

I was the same as you till last week when I stopped thinking about doing it and actually got off my fat *kitten* and did it. My advice to you is to just do one day of eating well and adding in some exercise...it will remind you how good it feels to be in control and you will get the bug to carry on...one day at a time,…

I never ever run listening to music just in case someone tries to get me from behind...I'm also very aware of my environment and strike a defensive stance if I feel a little threatened in any way. I don't carry a gun or knife (as I live in the UK) but I do carry a long sharp key which could do a lot of damage at close…

My neighbours are hopefully moving out soon..:happy: ...I can't wait for the day as then I won't have to pick up the cig ends and rubbish they throw in my garden when they walk past! They even stole mine and another neighbours wheely bin and denied it even though both were clearly marked...they just crossed out our number…

I've already completed it once (and got great results but I get bored so went onto something else) recently i have been doing it again off and on....I have noticed that it's a LOT easier the second time round! I would urge anyone starting this to persevere as you will get amazing inch and weight loss results. :happy:

I can write with my right foot.....I have 2 Ureters coming out of one kidney...and I loved the smell of washing powder so much when I was pregnant that I actually ate some! I still love the smell but don't eat it any more :happy:

Currently going through a stressful situation and not comfort eating, which is huge for me! The first sign of trouble and i was at the cakes, this time round I'm still having small treats but cooking more healthy foods in large batches so I can just grab something if I'm hungry and I'm keeping my exercising going too! PJ's outside are a no no. there are certain standards and if you go below those then you have no respect for yourself. I've been seriously ill on my way to hospital and still managed to wear outdoor clothes. some things you just gotta do.

My HRM stated i'd burned 254 calories this morning doing 30 Day Shred level 1 (The more intense workout of the 2). :happy:
