Healthy food does not need to be boring food. Portion size plays a big part in a healthy diet also. If you're trying to lose weight, weigh everything and keep it varied.

I had a wake up call in early December when I went for a medical and was diagnosed with high blood pressure and pre diabetic. Weighing in at 272 lbs I shouldn't have been surprised. Don't exercise every single night. Your body needs to have a rest day, to help it recover from all the exercise. Also, don't just do the eliptical machine. Mix it up a litte with other forms of exercise such as walking, jogging or weights. Your body gets used to doing the one exercise at the same intensity all the time.…

You could maybe do some circuit weights a couple of times a week. Light weights with high reps will strip some more fat without bulking you up. You'll end up more toned and increase your bodies ability to burn calories.
