Walked outside for 1 hour today then came home and made a Christmas cake!

Did 1 hour yesterday. Had an exam this morning so was busy revising instead of doing my workout, then went for food and cinema in the afternoon. Promise I'll be back on track tomorrow. Happy thoughts everyone!

Am in! Had to give up 30 day shred (pain in shoulder); I do 1 hour walking most days (Leslie Sansone or outside). Busy at weekends but will try to do something EVERY day.

A quick check-in before the weekend starts in earnest. Have done ok so far, apart from one glass of beer with a curry on Monday.

Great stories, ladies! Why does it have to be so hard? I haven't hit the menopause yet but things are moving (bodywise) and not moving (scales). MFP is a great, free tool which helps me keep an honest account of my food and exercise activities. Good to hear that it's happening to many others.

I'm with you. Hope it will help with the calorie count too!

Hi there, same thing happened to me a couple of months ago. My new electronic scales see me as 5lbs heavier. I was upset and annoyed but gotta keep on going. We'll get there.

I'm looking for Leslie DVDs that are Region 2; any I've found on Amazon, eBay etc are US Version 1. I'm still doing Walking at Home Part 1 and 2 from Youtube but would like to step it up a bit. Any Leslie fans in Europe?

Hi all, I'm doing Walking at home Part 1 and 2 from Youtube, do them twice so that's a 4 mile walk each time. Sometimes I do more (sometimes I do less), sometimes I use weights. I can do them if it's raining outside and I feel a difference. What should I progress to?

I'm in a long-distance relationship so it's a 10 with a bit of 9. We have two lots of cats.

I'm not very fit, I was almost screaming at the tv on Day 1 ('are you serious??? and stuff like that). It's tough but you get used to it, remember to breathe and why you're doing it. The results will be SO worth it, well that's what I keep telling myself. Stop when you need to but try to get straight back into it. Best of…

Am doing it every second day in a small sitting room. Day 1 was awful, had to keep stopping and starting; had pains in calves and abs the next day but am glad I've kept it up as it's definitely working. Bought 2kg weights (a first for me!) and use them as much as I can during the workout. Seeing other people's results is…

Same here (weak groupon moment). NO change, but I've just been walking in them, no zumba or anything else. I've lost more weight since I started here on MFP.:flowerforyou:

Great posts, good to see people getting results and being positive and supportive.

That's good to hear. Am on Day 3 and already freaked out about bread. It's great to see the food diary, although I'm finding it hard to accept exactly what I'm eating.
