I work out...i get terrible cramps and headaches during that time. Just pop in a couple ibupropen and push play or run while my daughter is at soccer practice. It is hard at first, but feels ok once i get started.

I get up at 5:30 and exercise, no excuses, no laundry i need to do, no dishes that need to be washed or put away, get dressed, go to the basement, and push play!!

This morning I did Cardio Recovery. I had to go the ticker way, lol!! That way when i do them i can just put them in right away, either on my phone or on computer. I just like to make things easy for myself.
