  • I really liked 30 day shred, unlike a few others I liked level 2 the best! Seemed like lot of cardio in there, i don't know, I just know I liked it better than the other 2 levels. I do Insanity and Turbofire now, but every once in a while I will do 30 DS for a quick workout.

  • Record it and move on...it is unrealistic to think you will never eat any of the junk food that you like. Portion control and moderation is the key.
