this was happening to me when i first started this and i wasn't eating enough. i was drinking LOTS of water, so wasn't dehydrated. are you eating enough for your body?

and don't tell yourself you won't eat the rest of the day...that will be SOOO hard and most likely you will eat something later, and you don't need to make yourself feel worse by saying no dinner and then eating dinner...so just tell youself you will eat a smallish healthy dinner...and then do that! and then tell yourself…
