PS, why is it that I start each day ready to lean out and get my body fat % down...then 4:00 comes around and suddenly I'm perfectly happy with the way my body is????? I'm never going to progress if I eat the house after work!!!!! I'm thinking I may need to only eat meals?

What am I doing to get fit... 3xs week lifting 3xs week hill sprints walking at lunch 1-2 3 mile runs Weekend prep...enjoy myself, eat a little more than during the week, DON'T eat after dinner. When I binge, I typically alternate between salty and sweet, salty and sweet, salty and sweet. The only thing that stops me is going to bed. Usually I can hold off a binge until late afternoon, then it's a free-for-all. Mine are usually around 3000 calories. Totally different from overeating, which is when I am in a normal…

I agree with previous posters who said it will put you to sleep...maybe try claritin or something else instead? But not benadryl...that would be one slooooooooooow run. :)

I think that if you can't bring enough to share (I usually make something healthy to share and then have mostly mine, but a little of the other stuff) then you should just eat before you go and eat a little of what they offer you. I agree it's only one day. Either lie and say your stomach is acting weird or tell the truth…

I would also add...Do you work out at home? Do a quick chore in between sets...I fold laundry, do dishes, pack lunches, etc...and it's actually a good use of time! Lol.
