I have the same problem with the jumping jacks when I work out later in the day. I drink a lot of water throughout the day and it definitely shows when I do jumping jacks. L1 D3 is done. I didn't think I was going to be able to do it today because my son is sick, but I decided to fit it in while he was sleeping. I didn't do my yoga this morning but I will tomorrow. I like reading about everyone's progress. It helps keep me motivated.

I modify the jump ropes by jogging instead of jumping. That helps me on the first circuit and then I find by circuit 3 I'm able to jump. This was L1 D2 for me. It feels great to get through this workout. I've been using 3lb weights and I'm able to do everything with those, although my arms are jello. For those of you that have made this, is 4 hours on low long enough to cook the chicken? I'm asking because anytime I've made chicken in the crockpot, it's either 3-4 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
