If you are used to drinking caffeine and you cut it out if your diet, you may get a caffeine withdrawal headache. It usually goes away after 2-3 days.

I just started it this past Monday and I am happily sore!! I also heard that the first two weeks are easier so I'm enjoying them while I can.

I was going to wake up early this morning but that didn't pan out. I had just enough time after work to get day 1 done and a quick shower before having to go out. I will definitely be sore tomorrow but I'm looking forwar to day 2!!

I plan on buying JMBR today and starting on Monday. I have been a yo-yo exerciser for years and I want the yo-yo part to disappear. I would like to lose 30-35 pounds and get an overall toning. Looking forward to going through this with you all!!

I got a treadmill from my dad that came with a chest strap. I wore both the strap and my watch HRM and my calories were the same. The calories on my watch HRM are about double of what the treadmill says with just my weight and age. It sounds like yours is also about doubled and I would go with your HRM.

I bought running shoes from a store that specializes in them. I tried on 3 pairs of shoes and chose the ones that felt best. I used them for about a week and had horrible shin splints. Thanks everyone! I went ahead and put it together. I use the fridge method with Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, SF maple syrup and blueberries. It is so good!!!

I'm doing C25K 3 days a week for my cardio. The program gets me half the distance of the path I take so I walk the other half. For my strength training I use Supreme 90 Day and follow the calendar that comes with it.

I'm doing Supreme 90 Day but I really want to get into running and I plan on starting C25K. It's great to hear the results. Now I just have to wait for the weather to cool off a bit, the humidity is way high.
