Officially, my wedding next March, but I'd like to be there 6 months before, because that's when I'll be dress shopping! Other than that, I have mini goals, at the moment I want to get to 199lb before the end of next month, got 11lb to go so it's doable if I work my butt off!

If you can work out how fast you're going (there's loads of free apps that will track your distance, then you can work it out from there) you can work out the average speed and put it in as that? I was going to try that app, it sounds much more fun than C25K!

To me, not eating carbs isn't sustainable. Might be for some people, but not for me! My carb intake has reduced, but that's just because I find that protein keeps me fuller at work.
