So I have created a new tab, with my stats on it, but my name doesn't show up in the colorful main list. When we update our tab, is it dupposed to automatically update the main page, or do I need to add a new line to the main list as well? Also, add me as a friend! Love to see others' daily log ins... keeps me inspired.

Lychees - each is about 10 calories and they are fun to peel. They really help if I am craving sweets. Apricots - about 15 calories each. A few of these will usually satisfy if I am craving for a snack. I havent found a similiar solution to a salty/savory craving though.

Amen! I am doing the same, for the same reason. My mom-in-law always seems to be making cookies and bringing them over whenever I mention I am trying to eat healthier. In her view, she is bringing me 'moderation' and a bit of joy into the misery of eating healthily. I hate the phrase, "well, you gotta live a little…
