Thank you for the suggestions, advice, etc. I do know that there are many days I do not get enough sleep due to switching from being up during the day to up all night at work. Someday I will no longer need to be a vampire... :) Will take your suggestions and see what may work. Thanks again!

Hello! For 2013 I decided to reach out for support on MFP after basically just doing it on my "own" for a while. I, too, am married and a part-time sahm of 2. I work part time as a nurse. Here's to reaching our goals!

Checking in...no loss/no gain. Stuck to my exercise and logging goals. I have noticed my weight loss goes in spurts...ready for another spurt :) Keep it up, Mamas!

Weigh in yesterday: down 1.2lbs. I have been on MFP everyday logging...no exceptions. I have also started Turbo Fire and have been doing a video daily...it has been great, especially with the weather turning cold. Good work, Mamas! Keep it up!

Check in for the week...didn't lose, but didn't gain. Managed to login everyday and also get my exercise in. Happy with that and looking forward to a loss next week (sometimes goes in spurts for me). Great work everyone!
