I think i depends where you put your feet and how you balance you body i put a line for both of my feet and i always put my big toes in the same spot and stand up the same way....hope it helps:smile:

If i eat out i am starting to ask for a to go box with me meal before i eat that way i put half of it away and out of my eye site .... i try to also always order a water not a soda

i felt happy today that my daycare was closed to due a terrible snow storm we are having here in washington and the owner still watched my children even tho my 3 kids were the only ones there....i felt she really cared about my family....i also today whenever i saw someone stuck in the snow my husband and i pushed them out…
