  • Awesome tips! I'm just starting the program (W2D1 tomorrow) and these are very sensible ideas. I think a lot of people overdo it and get frustrated. I'm just going to do what I can do and keep on going...
  • Did W1D3 last night, so I'm movin' on to week two tomorrow morning!
  • Hopefully I will be doing w1d3 tonight. I did days 1 and 2 last week (Wednesay and Friday - trying to get on a MWF schedule). Unfortunately, we had huge storms this morning and I couldn't get out (doing this on the road, not in the gym). I'll try to do it after work.
  • I just joined MFP and did W1D2 today. I'd love to have the support! :flowerforyou:
