I do not usually comment on people's diaries because I just don't have time to look through them all. I think it is unreasonable to expect everyone to look at everyone's diary before commenting. Nothing wrong with being encouraging on ANY post tho, IMO.

I do about 25 minutes of resistance training 4 days a week and cardio (at least 45 minutes but sometimes up to 2 hours) 6 days a week.
-
A little bit of house work (usually do all the cleaning throughout the week, but didn't quite get it all done) Then a dip in the pool and hot tub later. Hoping to work out enough to earn a few glasses of wine to go with the hot tub time! :)

I am a sahm as well. Feel free to add me! Would love to help support and encourage more people! We can sooooo do this!!!!

I do too. Sometimes I even enter dinners a day in advance :) I always start by adding dinner, then plan the rest of the day around that. Love that feature on MFP!

I think the reason people gain weight once they are married is because of the downward shift in activity levels... At least for me...it was because I was no longer going out 3 to 4 times a week dancing and hitting the clubs. I wasn't out and about doing sports, etc, all the things you do to meet new people, for me, slowed…

I love to weigh in every day. I am a 38 yo married mother of 5 (second marriage, his~2, mine~2 and ours~1 situation) I started my journey to health shortly after Christmas. I got on the scale and was horrified by how much I had gained over the holidays. I was at an all time high. Even heavier than I was when I was 9 months…

I am leary about eating them all because I think MFP overestimates the calories I burn during some of my workouts.... But once I get a HRM, I plan on eating every single one!!!! Add me if you want!

I do Just Dance 2 and 3 and absolutely love them. I use the Wii Fit daily as well, but mainly just to track my progress. For the first time today, I have tried AE Active 2 which is pretty cool, and I also ordered Zumba 2. I really need to switch up my exercise routines a lot or I tend to get very bored. Can't wail till…

I do Just Dance 2 and 3 for my work outs every day. I absolutely love them. I did order Zumba 2 for the wii as well, can't wait to try that too!

Very well said.

But will it hurt you if you don't eat them back? I really enjoy working out, and really don't feel like eating anymore than what is in my initial plan for the day. I am used to only eating once a day, so eating three meals and three snacks is already a challenge...

I go to the restaurants web site, pick out everything I want to eat, enter it into MFP and then figure out how much I need to work out before hand to eat and drink everything I want and still be at or under my calorie goal. It works! I eat out once a week and don't have to feel guilty one little bit! :)

My Kindle Fire...hmmm, that could be interesting....
